- flood , dos, ddos our servers
- hack / exploit / brute force / distributed brute force attempts
- very abusive behaviour (racial, vulgarity, etc)
- marketing (signup to post up porno ads or stuff like that)

Terms & Condition of using the blacklist
1. This blacklist is meant for company, website, game or online service
2. We will not be in anyway held liable for your actions or how you use the blacklist
3. Objective of this database is to help other websites especially to reduce payment fraud
4. You must acknowledge that most of the emails in the blacklist may be inactive as most fraudsters (payment fraud) frequently changes their email.
